Text program
Uptown Slice Order Texts are messages about an online preorder you placed: confirmation, ready for pickup, and a reply if something about that order changes. You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you order and agreeing to receive those texts. Consent is not a condition of buying pizza.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian place the order, to join the text program.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier about your text and data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop
You can cancel the text program at any time. Reply STOP to the number that texted you. We also honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you send STOP, we send one text confirming you are unsubscribed and then stop. Reply START if you want texts again.

Privacy
How we handle your number is in the privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Orders
Online preorders are placed through Toast and picked up at the shop. Prices on the site are the prices we charge before tax. We can refuse or cancel an order we cannot make. Wisconsin law governs these terms.
