Who we are
Uptown Slice is a pizza shop at 1116 Michigan Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081. This policy covers uptownslice.com and text messages we send about online preorders. Questions: james@uptownslice.com or (920) 287-7098.
Information we collect
When you order, contact us, or sign up for texts, we may collect your name, email, mobile phone number, order details, and the fact that you agreed to receive text messages. Our online ordering page is run by Toast. Toast collects what you enter there under its own policy as well as this one.
How we use it
We use this information to take and prepare your order, send order and pickup texts you asked for, answer questions, and run the shop. We do not use your mobile number for unrelated marketing.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share a number with our texting provider only so it can deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order and contact details as long as we need them for the order, our records, and the law, then delete or de-identify them. If you opt out of texts, we keep the number only to honor that request.
